Predicting Cluster Membership in Patients with ACL Injuries
Patients that suffered ACL injuries were recruited in a study that required performing a particular predesigned movement pattern. Interest lied in grouping individuals based on biomechanical strategies to carry out the movement pattern. To accomplish this, subjects were clustered employing six different Bayesian models. This presentation will discuss post-processing based on a suite of machine learning and statistical methods that determine which clinical predictors most heavily influence cluster membership.
