He Who Makes the Rules: Exploring Bias in Grading Collaboration

Abstract

Grading is the bane of a teacher's existence. In order to make grading more equitable for students and less time-consuming for teachers, Professional Learning Communities (PLC's) can be utilized to delegate grading responsibilities. This study ​investigated whether bias exists in grading collaboration within a PLC.
