Using robotic telescopes to monitor Cepheid variable stars

Spectroscopic data from the Dominion Astrophysical Observatory of the Cepheid X Cyg showed that it underwent a temperature drop and phase shift sometime around 2013 or 2014.  In an effort to observe similar phenomena photometrically, we implemented a series of robotic telescopes on the observation deck of the Eyring Science Center.  Using these telescopes and a set of filters modeled after those reported by Joner and Hintz (2015), we gathered photometric observations of a group of 42 Cepheid variables.  We discuss the results and present some results of other work using the same telescopes.
