Understanding Teacher\'s Mindsets

Abstract

Teachers have many belifs they carry with them into their classroom, especially how teachers think about learning.  If teachers believe their students knowledge can grow is referred to as a growth mindset and if teachers believe their students only have a certain amount of intelligence is referred to as growth mindset.  My reserach will dig deeper into teachers' views of mindset through a survey to better understand teachers' beliefs about mindset in general, mindset about mathematics, and mindset toward honors and regular students.
